This month we’ll be watching “The Battle of Algiers” - a remarkable “must-see” film about the 1962 Algerian struggle for independence from French colonial rule. While this film might sound out-dated and irrelevant at first thought, its message of struggle and resistance is as timelessly poignant today, as it was decades ago.

The parallels between the lessons in this film and today’s “War on Terror” are remarkably clear.

Rather than me going on & on about how fabulous this film is, check out these reviews . . . you won’t want to miss it.
