This talk discusses the world-wide campaigns for the abolition of nuclear weapons, in particular that of International Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear War and its message of ICAN. There will be a summary of the Model Nuclear Weapons Convention, Securing Our Survival, and actions that individual Canadian citizens can undertake to eliminate the insecurity of 25,000 + nuclear weapons.
