    is Canada ready for a two-tier justice system?

    Proposed legislation will grant law enforcement and security agencies extraordinary powers to detain and question individual suspects accused of terror activities WITHOUT due process and evidence.

The Supreme Court of Canada found security certificates unconstitutional in February 2007. However this illegal practice is being renegotiated in a new Bill in parliament today.
