Urgent ACTION: Release Robin Long NOW!
U.S. Iraq war resister Robin Long is being held in a Nelson jail and faces deportation to the U.S. on Monday, July 14th. Robin’s Canadian son Ocean is currently celebrating his second birthday. At the same time, Corey Glass still faces a removal order on Thursday, July 10th.
While Robin and Corey’s lawyers are working to keep both resisters in Canada, we need to ramp up pressure on Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Citizenship and Immigration Minister Diane Finley to immediately stop the deportations of Robin and Corey and let all war resisters stay in Canada.
